We may collect the following information, depending on the product or service registered for.

  • Transaction details for products/services purchased – if payment made via Paypal

  • Appropriate and necessary health information and GP details. (This type of sensitive information will be collected at the first appointment by the client, you, completing a paper consultation form – therefore this will not be held electronically.)

 

It is our intention that all information is processed and stored through GDPR-

compliant methods or third parties. Our main third-party processors are included below. (For example, by completing the contact form on our website, your information is processed by Yola, Wix our website provider /host.)

How long will the data be stored for?

In respect of relevant health information and financial transactions which are required by law and by insurance purposes to be kept for 10 years and other data which is not necessary will be deleted after a reasonable time. All data stored will be stored securely, password-protected and stored on GDPR-complaint third-party systems. (Health information in the form of the consultation form is completed in writing and not online.)

 

 What rights do you have?

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

  • Whenever you fill in a form on the website, do not check the box agreeing to being sent any emails.

  • Do not complete certain fields in health questionnaires (please note that failure to disclose relevant health information may affect our ability to provide you with safe and appropriate care, and may result in our refusal to provide you with services).
